Case Study 4: "James"
Graduate – Getting Started
.jpg)
James had graduated the previous year with a good degree and some great business placements. After spending 6 months applying for jobs and graduate schemes, he felt he was getting nowhere. James wanted to review his approach to ensure his proposition was strong and highlighted his unique talents and experience.
Workshop 1: Identifying Successful
Outcomes
Challenges & Aspirations
Workshop 2: Identifying Skills
Strengths & Super Strengths
Workshop 3: Future Vision Manifestation.
Mapping potential opportunities
Workshop 4: Refining Personal Brand
& Proposition.
Planning next steps

Along the way, we unearthed some self-beliefs which were undermining James' confidence and how he viewed opportunities. Unravelling what was underpinning this, generated new self-awareness and shifted his perspective, making him feel more comfortable with his own value as a prospective job candidate.
Outcome: Through working together, James felt he understood his own unique proposition and skills, and what his job priorities were. He felt was able to revise his CV to make it more ‘on point’ and reflect what was strong and unique about him. He communicated with more confidence and fluency in meetings with potential employers, and within 6 months had a great job offer on a graduate scheme.
