She is known to explore research issues with an intuitive commercial appreciation. Before setting up Caroline Thompson Associates in 1999, Caroline was with Harris Qualitative (TNS), Valin Pollen Corporate Communications and Bain Management Consulting.
Julia specialises in NPD, design communication and brand positioning research in FMCG and retail sectors. Julia has undertaken numerous projects on behalf of design agencies and directly for clients, and has helped to create new brands as well as re-position many established brands. Her market research career encompasses both agency and client side roles.
Helen Carruthers is a quantitative research consultant providing customer insight expertise for a range of well-known retailers, including Argos, Costa, Maplin, amongst other clients. An independent consultant since 2006, Helen’s career includes two invaluable positions heading customer insight with Safeway, up to their takeover by Morrisons, and more recently, for Costa Coffee, part of Whitbread.
Debbie Moorcroft works on branding, advertising, concept and product testing, retailing and merchandising projects. Using her combination of skills, Debbie is often involved throughout the research life-cycle, ensuring that qualitative insights are combined with rigorous quantitative analysis.
