It's a collaborative process between the client, the brand's agency partners and the research team.
We conducted research recently for a brand leader in the grocery market which is launching an innovative plant-based product into the UK grocery multiples in January 2020.
Implementing an iterative programme of quantitative and qualitative research, and working closely with their design agency, we identified the unique brand territory, and explored alternative creative routes for the brand name and packaging through qualitative interviews and workshops.
